Much of the music now a days seems impure to me. Sex this, money that, women, men, homosexuality is reoccurring theme. No matter how catchy the beat or the song, I can’t help but hear the words, unlike my friends. It hurts me, just to think that innocence is lost, and ideas that go against God are being slipped right into people’s ears.
I am not targeting any specific genre, because I simply don’t need to. Every genre with words has this sometimes. Don’t get me wrong, I am glad that musicians like 2 chainz, Pitbull, Bruno Mars, etc are using their talents. But I can’t just let them have their way. I’ve made the obvious decision to not listen to those things, and i encourage my friends not to either, but I lack ground to push from.
Is there anything tangible that I can show them to help support my claims?

At my school, they wear clothes from Goodwill, Salvation Army, and other used clothing stores. The girls wear rubber flip flops with socks, low-cut and see-through shirts with leggings, but the shirts are short so that it doesn’t cover their butt and you can see the exact outline of their butt crack and cheeks (because they’re wearing leggings). The boys wear either “wifebeater” tank tops or t-shirts with a picture of a naked girl, baggy grey or black sweatpants, rubber flip flops with socks, snapbacks, and a rubber bracelet that says either “Wiz Khalifa”, “swag”, “yolo”, or “2 Chainz”.
