Beyonce performed tonight on the Grammys. The 2nd song I recognized, but for some reason Alanis Morissette’s voice was in my head as I heard the song play.

Was the song originally done by Alanis? What was the name of it?

I know that Lady Gaga does 30 minute warm-up every day. How long does (or did) Beyonce practice vocalization every day? Does anyone know? This could be at any time in her career. Whatever you know.

Beyonce Knowles was planning to release a fragrance named Sasha Fierce. It is suppose to launch next year but something might be holding it back. Abercrombie has the word “fierce” trademarked since 2003. Abercrombie is suing the Beyonce saying that it violates their retailing trademark. Abercrombie also said that buyers of their cologne will get confused and think Beyonce is working with them making her benefit from their customers.

I do agree sometimes Beyonce comes off as conceited but does anyone notice Mariah Carey? In almost all her recent music videos “Obsessed With Me” “We Belong Together” etc, she is always touching her hair or her breasts or her legs. Even in her commercials, she is touching herself also. I am a fan of both Beyonce and Mariah Carey.

Beyonce Knowles is from Houston. Keyshia Cole is from Oakland. They look a little bit similar in appearance with the caramel brown skin & hair, along with their singing voices, they sound similar, but Beyonce’s voice is an octave deeper than Keyshia’s. I think it is interesting how some people have similar facial features to the point of almost looking so alike like twins, but they are really different people: Kany West and Sean “Puffy” Combs is another example.

This was just something Ive noticed. I’ve never seen both of them do the song LIVE together but only Beyonce. Why? Please don’t tell me it’s because Shakira is the “featured artist” on the song. I just want to know if there is any specific reason.

When I watch Beyonce sing in a video then I do not even hear her voice properly even with the volume fully up but when I listen to her CD album then I realise she has an amazing voice. For real. She is a great voice, great songs.

I don’t get why it’s making headlines. Don’t we have the right to travel where we want? I do remember that an American spy plane was shot down in Cuba many years ago which led to a ban of American plans on Cuban air space. While it may be true that Cuban citizens may be oppressed by their government, so are the citizens of many other countries that Americans frequently travel to.
